Antica Massseria Jorche

A 5th generation of winegrowers and are in the process of transitioning to BIO certification, but they already work organically, of course. They are based in the southern part of Apulia (Puglia) below Brindisi and in the Salento area and own 2 domains there. The vines are between 8 and 70 years old, depending on the variety: the best wines come from the oldest vines. That's how it goes.
